Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 0600-0700 Physical Training (PT)
- UOD All Cadets: PTUs
- Running, Calisthenics, Warrior Runs, Game Days
- 0800-1600
- Breakfast
- Classes
- Lunch
- Studying/homework
- Working out at the Rec Center
- Down time/hanging out with other cadets in the Military Sci. Building
- 1600-2200
- Outside Clubs

- Studying at home or Library
- Dinner
- Flight Meeting (time depends on your Flight Commander)
- Downtime/Relaxing/TV/Video Games
- Outside Clubs
- 2200 Until Next Day
- Sleeping or School work
Tuesday
- Aerospace Studies Class (Time depends on your class year)

- Class: Blues Combo OR
- ABUs/FDUs

- Learn about Custom and Courtesies, Uniform Wear, Air Force History, Leadership, and more

Thursday
- Aerospace Studies Class (Time depends on your class year)

- 1530-1730 Leadership Laboratory
