Here is what a typical average week looks like for a Det 90 cadet in AFROTC: Cadets doing PT

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • 0600-0700 Physical Training (PT)
    • UOD All Cadets: PTUs
    • Running, Calisthenics, Warrior Runs, Game Days
  • 0800-1600
    • Breakfast
    • Classes
    • Lunch
    • Studying/homework
    • Working out at the Rec Center
    • Down time/hanging out with other cadets in the Military Sci. Building
  • 1600-2200
    • Outside ClubsCadets in AS Class
    • Studying at home or Library
    • Dinner
    • Flight Meeting (time depends on your Flight Commander)
    • Downtime/Relaxing/TV/Video Games
  • 2200 Until Next Day
    • Sleeping or School work

Tuesday

  • Aerospace Studies Class (Time depends on your class year)
    • UOD All Cadets: 
      • Class: Blues Combo OR
      • ABUs/FDUs

    • Learn about Custom and Courtesies, Uniform Wear, Air Force History, Leadership, and more

  • 1530-1730 Leadership Laboratory
