Airport Shuttle
Shamrock Airport Express:
www.rideshamrock.com;
970/482-0505
The Shamrock Airport Express
provides a shuttle service to and from the Denver International Airport (DIA)
and Fort Collins.
We recommend that you have the shuttle
take you to your hotel; the Harmony
Transfer Center
is approx. seven (7) miles from the Best Western-University Inn and Armstrong
Hotel.
The Institute training will end
by 11:15am on Sunday morning. You can arrange to have the
shuttle pick you up either from your
hotel, or from the University Center
for the Arts (UCA) at Colorado
State University
(1400 Remington Street,
Fort Collins, CO,
80524). When arranging your airline travel plans,
please allow 2.5 hours after the training
ends to get from your pick-up point in Fort Collins to the airport. For
Institute participants,
you can be picked up from the UCA as early as 11:15am and from your hotel
around 11:30am. For Fellowship participants, you can be picked up at the UCA as early as 5:00pm
and from your hotel around 5:15pm. There is room in the UCA for you to bring
your luggage on Sunday morning, should you decide to be picked up at that
location. Visit the following sites for a more detailed schedule for the
Shamrock Shuttle service:

In-Town Transportation
You
are responsible for getting yourself to the training site. CBRM will coordinate
your transportation to and from the receptions if you stay at one of the hotels listed on this page. If you stay at another location, you are
responsible for your own in-town transportation. Many Institute and
Fellowship participants choose to rent a car. If you decide to rent a car, directions
will be provided from your accommodations to all the training and reception
sites. In addition, in an effort to keep costs down, CBRM relies on volunteers
to help with the driving. Many of these volunteers are CSU graduate music
therapy students; however, if you are renting a car, please consider whether
you would be willing to drive other participants to and from the receptions
during the weekend.
