for the Institute. We encourage you to enroll in the Institute as soon as you
can. Although there is no registration limit and no registration deadline,
there is a late fee of $50.00
for registrations received after September 16th, 2013. A late
registration could also mean a delay in your paperwork and your materials.
The registration form is accessible in either
a Word document or as a pdf file using Adobe Acrobat. Print the form,
fill it out, and mail with your payment to the above address.
Course fees are listed below. Your
registration fee includes training fees, copy of the training manual, an
appetizer reception, and a dinner reception. You can choose if you would like a
hard copy of the manual ($575), or if you would like to receive your copy of
the training manual electronically for a discounted price ($560). If you choose the electronic manual, you will
be e-mailed a link to download the training manual approximately 3 weeks before
the training. Additional training
materials will be available for purchase at the Institute (see Course Materials).
For a nominal fee, you are welcome to bring guests to any of the two
