RETHINK Anger Management- Develops parent anger management and teaches child-rearing practices sensitive to developmental needs of children birth to adolescent.

It’s My Child, Too- short-term parent education program designed for fathers 14-25 years of age in need of parenting knowledge and skills. Primary emphasis is on the healthy development of children. The program is viewed as a first step in heightening awareness of the roles, responsibilities, and skills of fatherhood.


Making Parenting a Pleasure- curriculum based on best practice principles for use with highly stressed parents of children birth to 8. Learn the importance of taking care of themselves so they can better care for their children. Participants:

  • Learn practical stress management and communication skills

  • Gain greater understanding of their children

  • Learn effective parenting skills and positive approaches to discipline

  • Build a support network

Spend, Save, Share- basic financial management


Love U 2- teaches essential communication and conflict management skills that they can use in all their relationships. Participants learn to notice the patterns that can damage relationships and discover how to reduce those patterns; practice ways to exit escalating arguments, to raise complaints more effectively, and to counter the “filters” that hinder clear communication.


Within My Reach-participants learn how to think about expectations and values in partner choices, effects on children of various relationship patterns and choices, relationship skills for managing communication, problems, and conflicts, strategies for understanding and dealing with trust and distrust, commitment, forgiveness, and coping with children from prior relationships.
