White Dawn
White Dawn is a vigorous climbing rose with graceful, arching canes that reach 12 to 14 feet. It was established in 1949. Foliage is dark green, glossy and disease resistant. This rose needs full sun and prefers well-drained soil. It can also be grown as a free-standing shrub. Flowers are bright white, ruffled and bloom steadily from early spring until fall on both new and old wood. Their scent is reminiscent of gardenias. Photograph courtesy of Bob Bauer
